About the Job
OST is looking to fill the position of Designer to join our team at our Lansdale, PA location. We are looking for a creative, out of the box, individual that is task oriented, prioritizes well, passionate, as well as a team player who can support the Project Managers and Developers on a variety of projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Your design skills will be focused primarily on iOS and Android Mobile applications
• Your skills will extend to creative for Web, UX, branding, and iconography work
• You are confident working with Strategists and Design team peers to create project architecture documents including Sitemaps, Workflows, Schematics, Wire frames, and Blueprints
• You understand and have worked in an agile team environment
• You will collaborate with the OST Development team to deliver projects and ensure your vision is carried through to final product launch
• You’ll be responsible for the best user experience solutions.

Qualifications for Designer

• Should have the capability of  creative designing and thinking
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, In Design, and other graphic design software
• Awareness of  modern iOS, Android, web, and OS X interface conventions
• Likes to play with motion and inject alternative creative solutions to solve problems
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
